Refunds, Returns, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Last updated: 05 March 2026

General approach

Refunds are limited. Because many of our Offerings involve reserving time/capacity, live facilitation, or immediate access to digital resources, our default position is that purchases are not refundable except where:

1.1. this Policy expressly allows a refund; or

1.2. a refund is required under applicable law (including online transaction rules, booked service rules, and quality/service standards).

Alternative to refunds. Where feasible, we prefer rescheduling or issuing a credit (voucher) toward another Offering, rather than cash refunds.

One-on-one sessions and private coaching/healing (including Heart Healing™ and Money Coaching)

Rescheduling by the client. You may request to reschedule a booked private session by giving at least 48 hours’ notice (or the notice period stated in your Schedule).

Late cancellations and no-shows.

2.1. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session start time, or do not attend, the session is forfeited and not refundable.

2.2. We may, at our discretion, offer one reschedule in exceptional circumstances.

If we must reschedule. If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events, we will offer you an alternative time as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot reasonably reschedule, we will refund the affected session fee (or a pro-rata amount for package programs).

Programs and journeys (including The Flourish Blueprint)

Cooling-off where applicable (online purchase). Where you purchased a program online and the law gives a cancellation window for that type of electronic transaction, we will honor that cancellation window for qualifying purchases, subject to the legal exclusions and the “services started with consent” rule described below.

Services started early with consent. If your program includes immediate delivery (first session, onboarding call, immediate access to paid resources) and you choose to start within the applicable cancellation window, we may ask you to confirm that you want services to begin immediately. Where the law allows, this can limit the right to cancel without penalty once the service has started with your consent.

After the program begins. Once live delivery has started (first session delivered, or meaningful capacity/time has been allocated), refunds are generally not offered. You may request to pause or defer, and we may offer a reasonable deferral option depending on capacity.

Courses and group programs

Before start date. If you cancel before the course starts, we may offer:

3.1. a transfer to a future cohort (if available); or

3.2. a credit toward another course; or

3.3. a partial refund only where we can fill your spot or where required under applicable law.

After start date. Once a course has started, no refunds are offered, except to the extent required under law (including service quality standards).

Group conduct removals. If you are removed for misconduct or breaching group confidentiality, refunds are not offered.

Retreats, in-person events, and date-specific experiences

Date-specific services. Retreats and events are typically provided on specific dates or within a specific period. These often involve non-recoverable venue/accommodation costs. ECTA’s cooling-off right does not apply to accommodation/transport/catering/leisure services booked for a specific date/period.

Cancellation fees may apply. If you cancel a retreat/event booking, we may retain a reasonable cancellation fee or deposit and/or charge a reasonable cancellation amount, taking into account fairness and our ability to fill your spot. This aligns with CPA principles for advance bookings/reservations.

Medical/death exception. If you cannot attend due to death or hospitalisation of the person for whom the booking was made or for whose benefit it was made, we will not charge a cancellation fee (and may require supporting proof).

Transfers. We may allow you to transfer your booking to another person if the event/retreat rules allow (for example, subject to safety screening and admin deadlines).

Digital products

Immediate access products. For Digital Products delivered immediately (download/portal access), refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted, except where required by law.

If a Digital Product is materially defective (cannot be accessed due to our fault), we will remedy access or provide a replacement; if we cannot remedy within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected purchase price.

Physical products

If a Physical Product is defective/unsafe or fails to meet required quality standards, you may have rights to return it within 1 month, and to request repair, replacement, or refund.

Change-of-mind returns. If we allow change-of-mind returns for certain items, we will state the conditions (unopened, resaleable condition, time limits) on the product page or in your order confirmation.

How to request a cancellation, return, or refund

Written request. Email us using the support email in your Schedule or on our website, with:

4.1. your full name;

4.2. the Offering purchased;

4.3. proof of payment/order number;

4.4. the reason for the request; and

4.5. if relevant, supporting documentation (e.g., hospitalisation evidence).

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where feasible, or by EFT if necessary, within a reasonable time.
